About the App

In this project, I developed an app designed to track and monitor patient data, focusing specifically on wounds, injuries, and various diseases. The app facilitates detailed record-keeping by healthcare professionals directly at the point of care. This information is then seamlessly communicated to a patient administration website, which aggregates and analyzes the data.

This integration ensures that healthcare providers have timely, organized access to critical patient information, enhancing the accuracy of treatment plans and patient outcomes. The system is designed to improve data flow and accessibility, supporting a more efficient and responsive healthcare environment.
