In this project, I designed a dashboard for CBRE that focuses on capturing and analyzing broker feedback throughout their interaction with clients. The dashboard follows a comprehensive flow, starting from the creation of a client survey to its submission, ensuring that every touchpoint and client feedback is systematically tracked.
Once the surveys are submitted, the dashboard aggregates this data, providing administrators with insightful analytics and trends regarding broker performance and client satisfaction. This enables a continuous feedback loop where brokers can receive timely insights into their performance, fostering improvement and enhancing client service.
The dashboard not only streamlines the feedback management process but also supports strategic decision-making within the organization.
